Horningtoft Remembers Centenary Commemoration of Armistice In 2014 the Heritage Society put on an exhibition about how our small, manly agricultural, village was affected by World War I.  Research of the military roles of those who served and where they fought were displayed with their medals and military records. The project provided a permanent record of all from Horningtoft who served, which is available on the Heritage desk in the church. During November there will be a display in the church to commemorate the centenary of Armistice.  There But Not There silhouettes will highlight the sacrifice of Private Thomas Annison and Private Miles Riches.
